Thriving not Surviving

A session to increase awareness for staff around their own wellbeing and the schools as a whole creating a culture + commitment between staff of encouraging wellbeing in each other.

We focus on relieving feelings of stress and overwhelm and releasing blockages,

providing a toolkit of routines + rituals to maintain balance in life and work.

We educate on the importance of a personal wellbeing plan to decrease the risks of burn out,

teaching mindfulness strategies that are easy to implement daily.

Duration:

1 to 2 hours (depending on your availability)

Session includes:

* Learn the impact stress is having on your mind, body + life

* Explore individual stress triggers + responses

* Build strategic plans for overcoming every day stresses + obstacles

* Establish new wellbeing paradigm

* Restorative Yoga

* Guided relaxation
