This workshop guides the you in to your inner world, transforming the way you relate to your external world.

Through movement, mindfulness + self development we explore practices such as yoga, breath work, meditation, journaling, drawing, conversations, stillness, even eating, that you can use throughout your everyday life that helps enhance focus, calm stress + anxiety, increase positive emotions, learn to recognise and control your reactions, increase feelings of clarity + peace, bringing a state of. self awareness + connectedness for all.

Through this understanding of self we see a transformation in the way we show up in the world; calm, confident, resilient + ready for all that life has to offer.

Duration: 60 - 90 minutes
