  • Self Care

    • In this worksheet we help your teen formulate a personalised plan for when their feeling good + for when life is really challenging them. Understanding their own needs, who can support them when they have different needs + how to ask for help when you need it most.

  • Self Awareness

    • This is a opportunity for your teen to truely get to know themselves, acknowledging what makes them unique, developing a strong sense of self + confidence to stay true to themselves throughout life. A time to reflect, remember, be proud of all that they are + all that they are becoming.

  • Living Online
