In this interactive workshop we explore leadership in all its glory, whether you're a natural born leader or looking to up skill + lead the way.

We explore the important characteristics of a successful leader whilst building a solid understanding of yourself and the importance of self awareness for individual + group success.

We look at your individual core values + how this provides your own internal compass to guide you through life's many decisions + crossroads.

Finish with a strong sense of self, ability to recognise your own strengths as well as areas for development + inspired to lead your own way forward with confidence + pride.
